Not much has happened last week, I got ill a few days after moving some stuff.
My left side of shoulder and neck went cramped. I took 2 days off due to this.
Afterwards I caught a bit of the cold. As of now, I seem almost fully recovered.
I should do more sport and take warming ups doing so.
Moving stuff without prior warm-up might have caused the muscle cramps.
On netflix there is a serie called Alice in Borderlands, which we have been watching lately.
My girl teases me that I have the same neck as the maincharacter.
I'll be start doing some neck stretches daily as I work behind a computer for long hours. 2/2
