Welcome to AlgoGazer! By using our website, app, and services (collectively referred to as "AlgoGazer" or "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our platform.

1. Introduction

AlgoGazer is a blockchain explorer application designed to allow users to view and interact with information related to the Algorand blockchain. Please note that AlgoGazer does not have control over any blockchain transactions, accounts, or funds. All assets, accounts, and transactions are maintained on the Algorand blockchain, and AlgoGazer simply provides an interface for viewing blockchain data.

AlgoGazer is an independent organization. As such, AlgoGazer is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Algorand Foundation, Algorand Technologies or Algorand Inc. Any use of the word, image or logo of Algorand is for discussion purposes and is a registered trademark of the Algorand Foundation.

2. Blockchain Technology

Blockchain technology operates as a decentralized, public ledger. As such, AlgoGazer does not:

• Control or manage user funds, transactions, or accounts.
• Have the ability to modify, reverse, or delete transactions.
• Hold or store cryptocurrencies or tokens on your behalf.

All data viewed on AlgoGazer is pulled directly from the Algorand blockchain, which operates independently from AlgoGazer. Therefore, it is important to understand that any actions, transactions, or operations you perform on the blockchain are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the user and the underlying technology of the Algorand network.

3. Disclaimer of Liability for Transactions

AlgoGazer is not responsible for any errors, disputes, or issues that may arise from blockchain transactions or operations. Since the App is purely a viewer and explorer tool, it cannot:

• Initiate or confirm transactions on your behalf.
• Provide any guarantees or assurances about the successful execution or status of blockchain operations.
• Resolve issues related to transactions, smart contracts, or wallets.

By using AlgoGazer, you acknowledge that all transactions, account balances, and other blockchain operations are final and recorded immutably on the Algorand blockchain.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide or view via AlgoGazer is accurate and up to date. AlgoGazer is not liable for inaccuracies or errors in blockchain data.
• Blockchain Operations: You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and final once confirmed on the network. You bear the full responsibility for any transactions performed outside of AlgoGazer's control.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those specific to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.

5. U.S. Legal Compliance

5.1. Compliance with U.S. Financial Regulations

AlgoGazer does not offer financial services or hold custody of user funds, and as such, we are not subject to specific regulatory requirements that apply to financial institutions. However, you must be aware of your obligations under U.S. law, including but not limited to:

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Laws: AlgoGazer does not directly facilitate financial transactions, and we do not require user identification for viewing blockchain data. However, users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding blockchain transactions.
• Tax Obligations: Any gains or losses from the use of cryptocurrency or blockchain assets viewed through AlgoGazer may be subject to U.S. tax laws. It is the user's responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes.

5.2. User-Generated Content

While AlgoGazer primarily displays data from the Algorand blockchain, any content generated by users (such as comments, reviews, or discussions) must comply with U.S. law, including:

• No Harmful or Illegal Content: Users may not submit content that violates any law or regulation, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, or the promotion of illegal activities.
• Intellectual Property Rights: You must ensure that any content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5.3. Age Restrictions

AlgoGazer is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
