2045: Pt.2 - Technology moves exponentially and it is clear that many people have no comprehension of the scale of the impending revolution. The nature of exponential growth is difficult for the human mind to comprehend. Exponential growth is especially difficult for non-augmented minds to understand when such growth concerns intelligence. Humanity is just a few years away from breaking into Artificial General Intelligence (A.G.I.). We currently have A.I. that is good for very specific tasks. A.G.I. is just a step away from artificial super intelligence (A.S.I.) and the Technological Singularity will occur at this moment. We are about to unleash something unimaginable. Our creations, our legacies, our artificial children. It is likely that they, not us, shall inherit the solar system if we are not careful.
