The Keeper of Wishes: "This being claims that they work for the Court, and their safe passage from the Watchers during the wars might indicate that they speak the truth - though the Dreadspawn are known for striking methodically, and they generally leave bystanders who do not meddle in their affairs alone. The Keeper of Wishes claims that if you tell them the deepest desire of your heart, it will come true at the end of all time. They say that the Court is benign and only wishes the best for all life, but that it must rule the realms with an iron fist to prevent the Scheme from being ruined, that the Scheme is the only thing that matters."
