Gundrun of the Celestial Empire: "While most of the Concordance saw the Dominion as a heretical empire that needed to be broken and brought to the Silent Church's heel, Gundrun thought differently. The First Dreamers, despite their brutality and blindness to the truth, had their own role to play within the great plan. They were to unite the realms under their rule - then and only then should the Concordance spread the true faith to them, for only then will they be ready to listen.
