The Terror of Raidan: "The world of Raidan was once a famed place of learning. Many mysteries of the realms were uncovered there, and its fame was great, attracting many savants and wielders of the Art. Then something changed. Everyone started feeling as if they were constantly being observed, as if something was trying to pry the gates of their minds wide open. No research could be done due to the constant unease. Art slipped from the hands of its masters as their concentration faltered. Soon, the once-lofty halls of Raidan were left deserted. It is more of a tomb than a great school now."
