The Ninety-Third of the Watchers: "While the Ninety-Second masqueraded as one of First Dreamers to wreak havoc in combat, the Ninety-Third became a source of even greater fear. It commonly assassinated isolated soldiers and then assumed their form, sneaking into command posts and killing everyone present. Entire Blades were paralyzed by this tactic, and the legions that faced it quickly learned to force their soldiers to stay inside the forts unless they had enough support to take on the Watcher - which limited their flexibility greatly."
