That Which Feasts: "To call it an agent of the Court would be an overstatement. One does not call a rabid beast a servant, yet one might unleash it on foes. Wherever it comes, it brings infinite decay. It consumes everything - first hope, then fear, then all that lives and all that stands still. The woods, the cities, the valleys deep, and the mountains high all fall to its hunger. In the end, it eats the stars and then the sky. And then, when there is nothing left at all, it devours itself.
