The Unknown Oracle: "The Empire kept detailed records of all of its seers for pragmatic purposes. However, documents couldn't be taken into the newly created Innerspace, and no one remembered all of what was written down. Much was lost, the notes of the visionaries included - and since the Shift fundamentally changed the nature of the First Dreamers, no one could identify many of them anymore. The being known as the Unknown Oracle is suspected to be a particularly infamous soothsayer of unpleasant disposition called Ettren."
