Sapphire Hero - October - 2025 - Sapphire Hero - Depression | On his knees on the wet ground under the rain half-stands the Sapphire Hero. The armor that once protected his body is gone, the combat is also over, but the wounds aren’t healed yet. Some of them will even become scars. Reflected in the puddle beneath him, Sapphire sees himself naked for the first time: stripped from pride, but full of honor. Completely vulnerable, yet acknowledging that no one in his own skin could possibly have won all the battles he went through, as most of them weren’t even fair. From outside the frame, a stranger’s hand reaches Sapphire’s. It’s not pulling his, it’s just there, being the reminder and proof that he’s not alone. That hand hasn’t nearly a close strength as Sapphire’s, but it’s warm and firm. That’s where he stays for a while. There’s no reason and nowhere to run either. There’s no rush. It’s time’s turn.
