Frostorian #463- Zalzar Frokee

Although the planet of Azarus is often noted for its well-disciplined group of heroes, few note the accomplishments of earthborn hero Zalzar Frokee. This Frostorian implements all the statutes of justice and peace standard to earth and Azarus. But, Frokee goes beyond to assist people in the planet's darkest corners. Frokee goes to the roughest parts of Douglass City, where many earth heroes never go. In Frokee's words, "there's no afro I won't save."
