Earlier today the Algorand process on the machine your account is hosted seems to have gotten stuck and become unresponsive for approximately 10 hours. The problem has been fixed but unfortunately your account was put into a "suspended" state by the Algorand network. To restart staking, you will need to withdraw from the Valar contract (for which you will receive a refund) and restake, either with us or someone else.
